District Magistrate of Prayagraj, Shri Manish Kumar Verma, IAS was presented the book Raktdaan mein Zindagi by Shri Rajiv Mishra for creating awareness for Blood Donation amongst youth. He has travelled many states for blood donation and has donated blood 114 times across 25 states.
