Instructions:-
- Filled form – 1 can be submitted online to dio-alb@nic.in.
- Login credentials for filling form – 2/3 will be shared after receiving duly filled form – 1.
- Details of HOD and Nodal Officer should be filled at s.no. 1 and 2 respectively. Also, details of all employees should be filled in decreasing order of Grade Pay.
- After filling all the details of employees, office need to be freezed on EPDS online and signed printout to be sent to District Election Office.
